Please note that due to the custom-made and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed, returned, or refunded.

Under European and U.S. consumer protection laws, custom-made and personalized items are typically excluded from the 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Therefore, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for custom-made items, including our hand-painted mandala artwork, except in the case of damage, defects, or loss during shipment.

Returns Due to Damage or Defects

We understand that things can happen during shipping, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during shipment, we will accept a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Proof of Damage or Defect: You must provide clear photos or evidence of the damage, defect, or loss to initiate the return process.

2. Time Frame: All damage or defect-related returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item. After this period, we cannot process returns for damage or defects.

3. Return Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition (no signs of wear, scratches, or alterations).

4. Non-Returnable Items: Due to their unique artistic and cultural value, custom-made items (including personalized mandala artworks) are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered if the item is defective, damaged, or lost during shipment. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at dearmyfurture@gmail.com with your order details and photos. You will then be instructed on how to proceed with the exchange.

 

Shipping and Return Instructions

To return your product (in the case of damage, defects, or loss), please mail it to:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the return is accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
